During Lady Gaga’s sold-out three-night run in Barcelona, I served as Lead Senior Producer on social video content for the Halloween Mayhem Ball, including a sit-down (or, rather, stand-up due to her costume) interview with Lady Gaga. The project was designed to inaugurate her as the “Queen of Halloween,” blending event-driven capture with interview-led storytelling.

I developed the production strategy and produced the project end-to-end, leading the work remotely from London while concurrently wrapping another production. I hired and oversaw the local production crew in Spain, managed cross-discipline teams, and led post production through color and finishing, delivering social-first assets timed to a global Halloween moment.
