I produced the relaunch of Aveda’s Hair & Scalp Analysis tool, leading the go-to-market (GTM) toolkit designed to drive customer acquisition and long-term retention. Centered around the creative platform “Let Your Hair Be Heard,” the campaign launched the tool across web, email, social, and in-store touchpoints.
Partnering closely with strategy and creative, I helped define the campaign architecture and oversaw production of a comprehensive asset ecosystem, including brand landing pages, site banners, paid and organic social, e-mail journeys, IG Stories, and in-store retail materials (posters and mirror stickers). The result was a cohesive, multi-channel rollout that translated a single creative idea into a scalable, customer-facing experience.
